Since launching her real estate career in 2008, she has helped buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants navigate the Southern California housing market with confidence. Her background in both residential real estate and property management provides clients with a well-rounded perspective on homeownership, investment opportunities, and long-term wealth building through real estate.

Based in Redlands, California, Cheri serves clients throughout the Inland Empire, including Redlands, Yucaipa, Highland, Beaumont, Riverside, Moreno Valley, Menifee, Canyon Lake, Lake Arrowhead, Victorville, Hesperia, and surrounding communities. She specializes in first-time homebuyers, VA buyers and sellers, relocation clients, move-up buyers, investors, trust and probate transactions, and residential home sales. She currently serves as the 2026 District Vice President for Women's Council of REALTORS® California and previously served as the 2025 President of Women's Council of REALTORS® East Valley.
